Occupational Therapist School Setting in Poulsbo, WA

Required Qualifications:
- Valid Washington State ESA (Educational Staff Associate) certification
- Current WA state OT license
- Must be fingerprinted through OSPI
- Experience working in a school setting, ideally supporting diverse grade levels
- Strong collaboration and communication skills
- Ability to adapt therapeutic interventions for developmental, emotional, and physical needs
Your Responsibilities:
- Deliver occupational therapy services to students according to individual education plans (IEPs)
- Assess, plan, and implement strategies that foster classroom participation and independence
- Document evaluations, treatment plans, and progress reports per district and regulatory guidelines
- Work closely with special education staff, teachers, and families to maximize student success
- Attend and contribute to IEP meetings, student support teams, and professional development
- Travel between school sites as needed to meet caseload requirements
- Maintain up-to-date licensure and professional competencies
