Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver individualized occupational therapy services to students, addressing their educational and developmental needs.

- Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to develop strategies that promote student participation and independence in the school setting.
- Maintain accurate records and prepare documentation as required by district and state guidelines.
- Participate in multidisciplinary meetings and provide input for IEP (Individualized Education Program) development.
Desired Qualifications:
- Valid Occupational Therapist (OT) license in Texas.
- Previous experience in a school-based or pediatric setting strongly preferred.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Flexibility and adaptability to work within a dynamic, team-oriented environment.
- Ability to manage caseload responsibilities effectively within a limited timeframe.
