Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Active and current Occupational Therapist license
- Experience working in school or pediatric settings preferred
- Knowledge of IEP process and familiarity with school documentation
- Excellent communication, organization, and collaboration skills
- Ability to tailor interventions to meet individual student needs
Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate and assess students to determine occupational therapy service needs
- Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans and goals
- Collaborate with educators, families, and other support staff to optimize student outcomes
- Deliver direct therapy services and consultative support inside and outside the classroom
- Document progress and maintain accurate records per school, state, and federal guidelines
- Contribute to IEP meetings and participate in multi-disciplinary team approaches
