Qualifications:
- Valid Arizona OT license
- Current Arizona Fingerprint card
Responsibilities:
- Provide occupational therapy services in a school environment at various locations
- Serve students ranging from preschool through high school
- Work collaboratively with educators, staff, and parents to support student development
- Document progress, implement therapy plans, and contribute to IEP meetings
- Manage a consistent schedule: 20 hours per week, 5 days per week
