Qualifications:
- Current/valid Arizona Occupational Therapist (OT) license required
- IVP Fingerprint Card must be held at the time of application
- Previous OT experience in school settings strongly preferred
- Ability to work onsite with PreK-8th grade students
- Skilled at quickly adapting to new environments and caseloads
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct OT services to students from PreK through 8th grade
- Collaborate with educational teams to develop and deliver IEP goals
- Document and track student progress in accordance with state and district guidelines
- Participate in staff meetings, trainings, and multidisciplinary collaboration
- Adapt treatment plans to meet the evolving needs of your caseload
