Primary Responsibilities:
- Assess students’ needs and develop individualized educational plans (IEPs)
- Deliver direct and consultative occupational therapy services within school and classroom environments
- Collaborate with teachers, case managers, and family members to ensure student support and progress
- Maintain accurate, timely records of interventions and student outcomes
- Educate school staff on strategies for supporting students’ fine motor, sensory, and self-care skills
- Participate in IEP meetings, team conferences, and ongoing professional development
