Desired Experience & Requirements:
- Current California OT license (required)
- Previous school-based experience in CA (required)
- Strong autonomy and organizational skills
- Skilled in administering BOT 3 and Peabody assessments
- Ability to manage diverse and changing caseloads
- Bilingual in Spanish preferred, but not mandatory
- Not open to OTAs
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver comprehensive OT services to students ages 3–22
- Evaluate and document progress using standardized tests
- Address parent concerns with data-backed recommendations
- Develop and maintain flexible schedules across 6 school sites
- Navigate fluctuating caseloads (approx. 70–80 students) independently
