Qualifications:
- Active SLP license in Virginia
- Previous school-based or pediatric experience preferred
- Strong ability to conduct assessments, create IEPs, and provide direct therapy
- Someone enthusiastic about collaborating in a team-oriented environment
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and student evaluations
- Write, update, and manage Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)
- Provide direct speech-language therapy to elementary students
- Attend and actively participate in meetings
- Supervise and mentor an on-site SLPA to help balance your caseload
- Flexible engagement with indirect/admin time paid within your contracted hours
