- Active Virginia Occupational Therapist (OT) license required

- Ability to work with diverse age groups (K-12th grade)
- Excellent communication and documentation skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct detailed occupational therapy evaluations for students as needed (approximately 5-10 per year)
- Collaborate with educators, families, and other school professionals to ensure appropriate interventions and accommodations
- Keep thorough records and maintain compliance with state and federal guidelines
- Contribute expertise to student support/IEP meetings as required
- Demonstrate sensitivity to the varied needs of students across elementary, middle, and high school settings
