Occupational Therapist School Setting - Roseburg, OR

This full-time, 40-hour-per-week role runs from late July or early August until June 11, 2027. You’ll primarily provide consultative services to ECSE specialists, community providers, and families, with some direct support as needed. The position is ideal for those who excel in guiding and empowering colleagues and families to help students thrive.
Qualifications:
- Current OT license in Oregon (or eligibility to obtain)
- Experience in school-based occupational therapy highly preferred
- Background in home health or broader healthcare settings considered an asset
- Strong consultative skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with specialists, community partners, and families
- Excellent communication and documentation abilities
- Adaptability and a solution-oriented mindset
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a resource and consultant for ECSE specialists, families, and community providers
- Deliver some direct therapy services as required
- Participate in team meetings and professional development
- Provide clear strategies and recommendations for student success
- Maintain accurate records and follow compliance guidelines
