Key Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
- Valid OT license to practice in California (or eligibility to obtain)
- Demonstrated experience in schools, healthcare, home health, or teletherapy settings
- Previous work with K-12 student populations preferred
- Strong collaborative, communication, and organizational skills
- Commitment to fostering inclusion and student-centered support
Role Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive OT services (assessment, therapy, progress monitoring) to students across all grade bands
- Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to develop and implement IEP goals and individualized treatment plans
- Maintain detailed documentation in compliance with school requirements and best practices
- Deliver a blend of on-site, home-based, and teletherapy services as needed
- Actively participate in IEP meetings and staff consultations
- Monitor student outcomes and adapt interventions to maximize student potential
