Occupational Therapist School Setting in San Francisco, CA

Qualifications and Skills:
- Valid licensure as an Occupational Therapist in California
- Experience working in school-based OT settings (K-12 students)
- Comfortable providing OT services across various environments (in-school, home health, teletherapy)
- Ability to create and implement effective, individualized treatment plans
- Strong collaboration and communication skills with educators and families
- Flexibility to adapt to changing needs throughout the school year
Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver comprehensive assessment and intervention strategies for students
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to support students’ educational goals
- Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with school and regulatory requirements
- Conduct home visits or teletherapy sessions as needed to ensure continuity of care
- Attend IEP meetings and actively participate in goal-setting
- Promote student independence in academic and daily living activities
