Soliant is partnering with a supportive school district in San Jose, CA to hire a licensed Occupational Therapist (OT) for the 2026-2027 school year. Join a collaborative team of educators and related service providers dedicated to helping students develop the skills they need to succeed both in the classroom and in everyday life.
Position Details
- 2026-2027 School Year
- Full-Time Position (Part-Time may be considered)
- On-Site
- PreK-12 Caseload (specific assignment discussed during the interview)
- Interviews conducted virtually via Zoom
Responsibilities
- Conduct occupational therapy evaluations and assessments
- Develop individualized treatment plans and contribute to IEP goals
- Provide direct and consultative occupational therapy services
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams
- Maintain accurate documentation and monitor student progress
- Participate in IEP meetings and support student achievement
Qualifications
- Master's Degree in Occupational Therapy
- Active California Occupational Therapist License
- School-based experience preferred but not required
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
