This opportunity is very part-time, with a schedule perfectly suited for work-life balance—providing OT services once a month for 8 hours. The primary focus will be conducting evaluations and providing supervision to a dedicated COTA who serves the district weekly.
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
- Active OT state license (or eligibility) for Arizona
- Previous experience in school-based OT (preferred)
- Strong skills in conducting evaluations and collaborative supervision
- Ability to work independently and manage scheduling efficiently
Responsibilities:
- Complete comprehensive OT evaluations for students as required
- Provide expert guidance and supervision to an on-site COTA
- Communicate results and recommendations to school staff and families
- Maintain accurate records in accordance with district and state guidelines
- Travel on-site once per month for an 8-hour service day
