Qualifications and Experience:
- Active Arizona Occupational Therapist license
- Valid Fingerprint Clearance Card
- Experience or strong interest in school-based or pediatric occupational therapy
- Ability to communicate effectively with students, parents, and educators
- Collaborative team player with a commitment to student success
- Organizational skills for managing a dynamic caseload
Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate students’ needs and develop individualized treatment plans
- Provide school-based OT services, supporting students across various settings
- Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams
- Maintain accurate records and comply with documentation requirements
- Support the development of fine/gross motor skills, sensory processing, and adaptive skills
- Engage in IEP meetings and contribute to goal setting
