Qualifications and Experience:
- Active Arizona Occupational Therapy license
- IVP fingerprint clearance card
- Previous school-based OT experience is highly valued
- Commitment to supporting a broad range of PreK-8th grade students
- Collaborative mindset with strong communication skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct and consultative occupational therapy services in accordance with IEP goals
- Conduct functional assessments and develop intervention plans
- Collaborate effectively with teachers, staff, and families to enable student success
- Document therapy sessions, progress, and provide recommendations for accommodations
- Participate in multidisciplinary meetings and contribute expertise on student needs
- Support students in developing fine motor skills, sensory processing, self-care, and adaptive strategies in the educational setting
