Occupational Therapist School Setting - Shelton, WA

Located conveniently near Shelton, you’ll provide direct therapeutic support to a caseload of approximately 45-50 students, helping them reach their highest level of independence throughout the 2026-2027 school year.

What we’re looking for:
- Current Washington OT License
- Valid WA ESA (Educational Staff Associate) certification
- Previous experience in a school setting highly valued
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to adapt to diverse student needs and build rapport across age groups
Your key responsibilities:
- Deliver occupational therapy services to meet IEP goals for students ages K-22
- Evaluate, assess, and document student progress; develop individualized treatment plans
- Collaborate with educators and families to foster student growth
- Contribute to multidisciplinary team meetings and provide expert input
- Maintain thorough, timely records and ensure compliance with state and district requirements
