Desired Qualifications:
- Valid Occupational Therapist license (OTR/L) in Maryland
- Previous experience providing OT in school, pediatric, home health, healthcare, or teletherapy settings
- School-based OT experience highly preferred
- Strong ability to work with mostly high school-age students
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills

Role Responsibilities:
- Conduct student assessments to identify OT needs and develop individualized plans
- Deliver direct therapy services to high school-aged students, supporting their academic and social success

- Maintain organized documentation, track progress, and adjust treatment plans as needed
- Provide teletherapy support as required for student continuity of care
