Position Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist (OT) to provide school-based services to students in South Holland, Illinois for the 2026–2027 school year.
Responsibilities
Provide occupational therapy services to students
Conduct evaluations and assessments
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
Support students with functional, fine-motor, sensory, and school-related needs
Collaborate with teachers, families, and school staff
Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports
Requirements
Active Illinois Occupational Therapist license
School-based experience preferred
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Ability to work effectively in a school environment
