Key Qualifications:
- Valid Michigan licensure as an Occupational Therapist (OT)
- Previous experience working with school-aged children preferred
- Strong understanding of IEP processes and documentation
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to partner with educators, parents, and support personnel
- Ability to adapt activities and environments to the unique needs of individual students
Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and evaluations to determine students’ occupational therapy needs
- Develop individualized treatment plans and provide direct therapy services to students

- Maintain accurate records of student progress and communicate regularly with families and staff
