What You’ll Bring:
- Active Vermont Occupational Therapy (OT) certification
- Previous experience as a school-based OT or with pediatric populations
- Ability to serve students across kindergarten through 12th grade
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Organizational talents for managing a district-wide caseload
- Compassionate, student-centered approach to therapy
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct occupational therapy services to students in four buildings, supporting educational access and participation
- Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with teachers and families
- Participate in IEP meetings, providing expertise and advocacy for student needs
- Maintain accurate documentation of sessions, progress, and communication
- Consult with school teams to create adaptive strategies for students’ success
- Engage in professional development activities as required by the district
