School Occupational Therapist | Windsor, Vermont

Qualifications & Requirements:
- Valid Vermont Occupational Therapy (OT) Certificate (please submit with your resume)
- Experience in a school-based setting, ideally with K-12 populations
- Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to effectively manage a district-wide caseload across multiple buildings
- Commitment to fostering an inclusive, positive learning environment
Position Responsibilities:
- Provide Occupational Therapy assessments and direct services for students from kindergarten through high school
- Develop and implement individualized intervention plans to help students achieve academic and functional goals
- Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and other professionals across four school buildings
- Maintain thorough and timely documentation in compliance with school and regulatory requirements
- Consult with families and staff to support generalization of therapy goals into the school environment
- Attend IEP meetings and contribute actively to student planning and progress monitoring
