Primary Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments to determine student needs and develop individualized therapy plans
- Deliver direct occupational therapy services in accordance with students’ IEP goals
- Collaborate with teachers and other specialists to integrate therapeutic strategies into classroom activities
- Regularly monitor, document, and report on student progress
- Participate in IEP meetings, providing professional insights and recommendations
- Engage in ongoing professional development to stay informed about best practices in school-based OT
