Qualifications & Experience:
- Active Occupational Therapy license issued by the state of Michigan (MI OT credential required)
- Experience or strong interest in school-based OT, especially with K-8 age groups
- Strong assessment, communication, and documentation skills
- Willingness to be fully on-site; remote or virtual work is not permitted
- Committed to equitable and inclusive student outcomes
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct and consultative occupational therapy services to K-8 students
- Evaluate students’ needs and develop individualized care plans
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and other specialists to support student growth
- Maintain timely and compliant documentation on all interventions and progress
- Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings and contribute to IEP planning
