A contract opportunity is available for an Occupational Therapist specializing in school-based services, located in Shiprock, NM. This position involves providing telehealth and in-person occupational therapy to support two students, both aged seven, requiring 30 minutes of therapy each per week.
Key responsibilities include:
- Delivering 1 to 2 hours of occupational therapy services weekly, which encompasses both direct and indirect time
- Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans tailored to students’ needs
- Collaborating virtually or onsite to monitor progress and adjust interventions accordingly
- Maintaining thorough documentation in alignment with school guidelines
- Participating in any required meetings or communications regarding student support from August 3 to May 19
Qualifications and desired experience:
- Licensed Occupational Therapist with credentials to provide school-based services
- Experience conducting occupational therapy via telehealth platforms preferred
