Qualifications:
- Active Arizona Occupational Therapist (OT) License required
- IVP Fingerprint Clearance (not Level 1; must be IVP specific)
- Experience working in school settings, home health, or pediatric healthcare preferred
- Familiarity with supporting K-8th grade students in educational environments
- Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills
Responsibilities:
- Deliver comprehensive occupational therapy services to K-8 students
- Conduct assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and monitor progress
- Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and families to support student goals
- Document services according to district and professional standards
- Travel between multiple school sites within the district as needed
- Maintain compliance with all legal, ethical, and state requirements
