Travel School Occupational Therapist - Tempe, Arizona

In this in-person OT role for the 26/27 school year, you’ll rotate among various school sites and work with a manageable caseload of approximately 45 students ranging from Kindergarten through 8th grade. You’ll gain hands-on exposure to innovative occupational therapy practices and learn from diverse educational teams, adding valuable experience to your resume and building skills that further your OT career.
Qualifications:
- Current Arizona Occupational Therapy License (OT)
- Valid IVP Fingerprint Clearance Card (Level 1 is not sufficient)
- Experience welcomed in schools, home health, or healthcare settings; COTAs with relevant school-based expertise are encouraged to apply
Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct therapy services to K-8th grade students within a school setting
- Manage a caseload of roughly 45 students across multiple campuses
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and staff to develop and implement IEPs and therapy plans
- Document progress, maintain student records, and participate in multidisciplinary meetings
