Qualifications:
- Valid Washington OT License
- ESA (Educational Staff Associate) certification
- Experience or passion for working in school-based settings
- Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
- Ability to develop and implement individualized treatment plans
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver occupational therapy services to students with varying needs
- Assess, plan, and implement interventions that enhance students’ participation in educational activities
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary team members
- Maintain thorough documentation in accordance with school and state guidelines
- Support IEP development, attend relevant meetings, and provide consultative support
- Adapt therapeutic strategies to meet the diverse needs of students across assigned sites
