- Prior experience working in school-based or pediatric settings is strongly preferred
- Strong ability to assess and address students’ fine motor, sensory, and functional needs
- Excellent communication skills and collaborative approach to partnering with educators and families
- Committed to compliance, documentation, and providing high-quality services to meet students’ IEP goals
In this role, your responsibilities will include:
- Planning and delivering individualized occupational therapy for students with diverse needs
- Maintaining accurate and timely documentation according to school and legal guidelines
- Participating in IEP meetings and collaborating with teachers, administrators, and families
- Offering recommendations for classroom modifications and adaptive strategies
- Ensuring therapy aligns with best practices and current school policies
