What We’re Looking For:
- Current Washington state Occupational Therapy license
- ESA (Educational Staff Associate) certification
- Experience or strong interest in school-based OT services
- Ability to effectively support and encourage students of varying abilities
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Availability for a full-time, 37.5-hour work week
- Willingness to work at 1-2 school sites as needed
Role Responsibilities:
- Provide occupational therapy assessments and individualized intervention to students in accordance with IEP goals
- Develop treatment plans to enhance participation in classroom and school activities
- Collaborate closely with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support student progress
- Document evaluations, treatment sessions, and student progress as required
- Participate in IEP meetings and assist with transition planning
- Adapt OT services based on student assessments and feedback
