- Ability to collaborate with educational teams and families
- Comfortable managing a caseload that includes approximately 1000 direct student contact minutes weekly
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver in-person occupational therapy services to students, addressing a variety of developmental and educational needs
- Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and maintain accurate documentation
- Collaborate closely with teachers, school staff, and families to ensure students reach their fullest potential
- Adapt and implement interventions in classroom and individual settings
- Stay current with best practices in school-based therapy
