- Ability to manage caseload effectively and adapt support plans for diverse needs
Key responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans tailored to each student’s needs
- Provide direct therapy and interventions within the school setting to help students reach their IEP goals
- Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families, contributing to multidisciplinary teams
- Document progress and maintain thorough records in accordance with school policies
- Offer consultation and training to education staff regarding OT-related strategies and supports
- Participate in IEP meetings, providing expertise to guide planning and progress monitoring
