Key Qualifications:
- Licensed and certified Occupational Therapist (OT)
- Experience or skills working within schools, home health, healthcare settings, and/or teletherapy
- Previous pediatric or school-based caseload experience preferred
- Ability to assess and treat a range of student needs
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities
Core Responsibilities:
- Deliver occupational therapy services to a caseload of approximately 30 students
- Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and track student progress
- Collaborate with educators, families, and interdisciplinary teams
- Utilize teletherapy and in-person approaches when appropriate
- Maintain proper records and comply with local, state, and federal guidelines
