Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for students with various needs
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and other specialists to support students’ functional and academic goals
- Implement therapy sessions using evidence-based strategies to improve motor skills, adaptive behavior, and participation
- Maintain thorough documentation tracking progress and meeting compliance standards
- Provide consultative support to educational staff regarding accommodations and modifications
- Participate in IEP meetings, team conferences, and ongoing professional development
