This part-time contract role is located near Yonkers, NY, supporting students from kindergarten through 12th grade. With a manageable schedule of 6-9 hours per week, you'll work within a single building and step in to cover a leave, most likely spanning the fall semester.

Qualifications:
- Valid Occupational Therapy license in New York
- Previous experience as a school-based Occupational Therapist preferred
- Comfortable managing a K-12 caseload
- Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills
- Ability to adapt activities and interventions for varied learning styles and needs
Responsibilities:
- Assess students’ occupational therapy needs within the educational environment
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that support each student’s goals
- Provide direct therapy services and consult with teachers to integrate recommendations into classroom routines
- Maintain accurate records and progress notes in compliance with school and regulatory guidelines
- Participate in IEP meetings and work closely with educators, parents, and support staff to monitor student progress
