Qualifications and Preferred Experience:
- Current certification and licensure as a COTA in Massachusetts (or eligibility to obtain)

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Occupational Therapist in implementing individualized education plans, providing direct and indirect services to students
- Foster the development of fine motor, sensory processing, and daily living skills in an educational setting
- Work closely with teachers, staff, and families to support student progress and goals
- Monitor and record student performance, maintaining accurate and timely documentation
- Adapt tools and environments to maximize student participation and independence
- Participate in team meetings, trainings, and ongoing professional development
