Qualifications:
- Active COTA certification in the state of Massachusetts (MA)
- Previous experience in a school or pediatric healthcare setting preferred
- Strong organizational, communication, and documentation skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively with teachers, families, and other professionals
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct occupational therapy services to K-12 students as outlined in their IEPs
- Monitor and document student progress, updating goals and interventions as appropriate
- Collaborate with occupational therapists and educational staff to support diverse learning needs
- Participate in team meetings to help develop individualized educational plans
- Assist in the development of materials, resources, and adaptive techniques for classroom integration
