Responsibilities:
- Assist occupational therapists in delivering direct and consultative services to students under IEPs or 504 Plans
- Implement individualized therapy programs to enhance students’ independence and participation in school routines
- Record and report student progress, maintaining accurate documentation in accordance with district and state guidelines
- Support sensory, fine motor, and visual-motor skills development in group or one-on-one sessions
- Collaborate regularly with classroom teachers and related service providers for comprehensive student support
- Participate in team meetings and contribute insights for IEP development and progress updates
