Qualifications:
- Current or eligible NM RLD and NMPED licenses (required)
- School-based or pediatric experience preferred, but not required
- Ability to manage a varied caseload across elementary and secondary student populations
- Strong collaboration and communication skills
- Passion for fostering student independence and skills development
Responsibilities:
- Implement occupational therapy treatment plans as directed by OTRs
- Support students' progress toward IEP goals within both classroom and therapy settings
- Collaborate with educators, therapists, and families to ensure cohesive care
- Accurately document sessions and monitor student progress
- Adapt interventions to meet individual student needs
- Assist with assessments and preparation of related materials
