Key Information:

- Manage a caseload of 40-50 students across elementary and secondary levels
- School-based and/or healthcare COTA experience highly desirable
- Previous experience in education settings is advantageous but not required
Qualifications:
- Valid COTA certification
- Willingness and eligibility to secure NM RLD and NMPED licensure
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to collaborate with faculty, families, and multi-disciplinary teams
- Dedication to providing high-quality, student-centered therapy
Primary Responsibilities:
- Deliver occupational therapy services to students with diverse needs in accordance with IEP guidelines
- Document student progress, maintain accurate records, and contribute to IEP development
- Consult with teachers and staff on adaptive strategies and classroom modifications
- Foster a supportive environment that encourages students’ personal, academic, and functional growth
- Participate in meetings, trainings, and ongoing professional development as required
