Qualifications:
- Active Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) license in Florida
- Experience in a school-based environment preferred
- Capacity to travel across multiple school sites within the county
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Comfort working with K-12 students of varying backgrounds and needs
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct therapy services to students on IEPs under OT supervision
- Travel between assigned schools to deliver occupational therapy interventions
- Collaborate with educators, families, and district staff to support student progress
- Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with school and state guidelines
- Contribute to the development and execution of student intervention plans
- Attend meetings, professional development sessions, and ongoing training as required
