What We’re Looking For:
- Active California COTA license required
- Minimum of one year of direct school-based COTA experience
- Familiarity with individualized education programs (IEPs)
- Strong communication and collaboration skills with educators, parents, and students
- Ability to manage a diverse caseload of school-aged children
- Takes initiative to support students’ access, participation, and success
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement occupational therapy interventions under the guidance of an OTR/L
- Assist students in developing fine motor skills, sensory processing, and adaptive strategies
- Document daily progress and support IEP documentation requirements
- Collaborate closely with teachers, staff, and families to promote student goals
- Participate in meetings, training, and professional development as needed
- Organize materials and equipment for therapy sessions across assigned schools
