Qualifications & Experience
- Active Washington State COTA license and Department of Education (DOE) licensure required
- Completion of required fingerprinting for both licenses
- Experience working with pediatric populations, ideally within a school setting
- Strong communication, collaboration, and documentation skills
- Ability to adapt to changing caseloads and student needs
- Commitment to upholding school policies and maintaining ethical standards
Responsibilities
- Deliver occupational therapy services under the direction of a licensed Occupational Therapist
- Implement and monitor individualized therapy interventions
- Track student progress and maintain accurate records
- Collaborate with teachers, therapists, and families to support student goals
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to goal setting
- Travel between assigned schools as needed
