Primary Responsibilities:
- Provide direct occupational therapy under the supervision of an OTR in the elementary school environment
- Support students with academic tasks, sensory strategies, and behavioral interventions
- Assist with implementation of IEP goals and documentation of student progress
- Collaborate with teachers and school staff to integrate therapy activities into the classroom
- Help students develop fine motor, self-care, and adaptive skills for school success
- Communicate regularly with care teams and families as appropriate
