Primary Responsibilities:
- Implement individualized treatment plans under the supervision of an occupational therapist
- Provide direct therapy sessions to children in early childhood programs
- Track progress and maintain accurate records of student performance and interventions
- Assist in developing materials and activities that promote participation and independence
- Participate in team meetings, IEPs, and parent conferences as needed
- Provide input and feedback to help adjust and optimize therapy goals
