Key Qualifications:
- Active and valid California COTA license
- Previous experience working in school-based settings preferred
- Strong collaboration and communication skills

- Any district or state-mandated certifications and clearances, as required
- Commitment to advancing students’ independence and participation in daily classroom activities
Primary Responsibilities:
- Assist Occupational Therapists in conducting assessments and implementing treatment plans
- Collect and document student performance data in accordance with established protocols
- Support student participation in classroom routines and promote skill development
- Contribute to IEP meetings and interdisciplinary team discussions as needed
- Maintain ongoing communication with supervising therapists, educators, and families
- Uphold confidentiality and district guidelines consistently
