Core Responsibilities:
- Assist in the implementation of occupational therapy interventions under the supervision of an OTR/L
- Support students in developing or improving daily living, fine motor, and sensory skills crucial for academic success
- Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports per district and state guidelines
- Collaborate with teachers, therapists, and administrative staff to design the best support plans
- Participate in IEP meetings as needed, offering valuable input on student progress
- Contribute to a supportive and nurturing school environment, tailoring interventions for each student’s needs
