Primary Responsibilities:
- Implement occupational therapy interventions as directed by the supervising Occupational Therapist
- Collaborate with teachers and special education staff to support students’ participation and performance in daily school activities
- Maintain thorough and timely documentation on student progress, session notes, and IEP goals
- Assist with screenings, assessments, and data collection to inform treatment plans
- Participate in IEP meetings as needed and contribute valuable insights on student capabilities and needs
- Support the creation of adaptive strategies, classroom modifications, and use of assistive equipment or tools
- Promote a positive, inclusive atmosphere where every student is encouraged to reach their full potential
