Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Active Florida COTA license in good standing
- Previous experience in a school-based setting is a plus
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to manage a flexible schedule and travel between various school sites
- Commitment to providing supportive, student-centered occupational therapy
Primary Responsibilities:
- Deliver quality occupational therapy interventions to students in grades K–12
- Collaborate with educators, therapists, and families for optimal student progress
- Assist with the development and implementation of Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of student progress and therapy sessions
- Support inclusion strategies and adapt activities to accommodate student needs
- Organize and prioritize caseloads efficiently across multiple school locations
