Qualifications & Experience:
- Current certification as a COTA, valid in California
- Previous experience working in school settings, specifically at the elementary level, is preferred
- Familiarity with IEP processes and documentation

- Strong organizational, time management, and communication skills
- Must be reliable and flexible to adapt within a school schedule
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct and consultative OT services to students as outlined in their IEPs
- Assist in developing and implementing therapy activities targeted to meet students’ motor, sensory, and daily living needs
- Maintain thorough and timely documentation of student progress and session notes
- Collaborate with educators and support staff to ensure holistic care for each student
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to team decision-making
- Manage caseload efficiently, ensuring consistent and quality care
