Qualifications:
- Active COTA license for the state of Virginia
- Previous experience in school-based or pediatric occupational therapy settings preferred

- Ability to support and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Dedication to fostering student independence and participation
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct occupational therapy services under the supervision of an OTR, following student IEP goals
- Document student progress, maintain accurate records, and assist with assessments as needed
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary team members to ensure effective therapy integration into daily routines
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute insights for ongoing student growth
- Support students in developing functional, social, and academic skills through therapeutic activities
